Schools and Families

                         

To achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 we need help from every age group –children and students as well as those of more mature years! So, working with  schools and families is vital to CFB.

Families

We organize welly-walks and bike rides to get families interested in the environment. For details of planned events see our What's Happening page.

 Schools

We are working with local schools in a number of ways:
 
  • the Community Involvement Group is leading school assemblies, focussing on energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • the Energy group has ensured that a number of local schools have been included in the British Gas Green Streets project to help improve their energy efficiency etc .
